Great Jiu Jitsu classes. My 10 yr old son has grown in his skills and respect towards the sport and the people around him. It's challenging physically and mentally. The instructors are patient and great at working with kids of all ages.

Gracie one is a honest and professional institution of the martial knowledge of grappling. In the few months I've been with them I've always felt welcome and accomplished with the training, though everyone is at a different point in they're BJJ journey everyone had understood that they were there to get better. This sportsmanship and down to earth nature was no mistake as this is cultivated by all of the instructors to make it a good learning environment for everyone. The contacts they have can seem intimidating but its just the first step in your long process to get better and your not really signing up with a big mega corporation that doesn't see you your signing with the reasonable and understanding people of the academy so all I can say is don't be afraid and get started as soon as you can they'd be happy to have you.

Literally the best Jiu Jitsu academy Dallas has to offer! Both my boys aged 5 & 4 attend and you can really see the difference in their practice since they started with Gracie one. I highly recommend the professors here, in each class they have older & more advanced students assisting the younger ones. This helps the younger students and at the same time adds confidence to the older ones helping. Genius!
