Fraudulent Practices Alert - Urgent Attention Required
I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction and outrage at the deceptive practices that have recently come to light. Prior to undergoing back surgery, I was assured by the company that it would be possible to temporarily suspend my account without incurring any charges during my recovery period. Contrary to this assurance, I have been billed not once, but twice, exacerbating an already stressful situation.
Upon contacting their customer service for clarification and demanding a refund, I was met with a stark refusal. Instead, they proposed a mere three-month account freeze, which is not only insufficient but also fails to address the core issue at hand. This leaves me with no choice but to consider account cancellation, thereby forfeiting any accumulated credits, unless utilized within a six-month timeframea condition that was never disclosed to me.
Having been a loyal patron for several years, it is disheartening to realize that my trust has been misplaced. The misinformation regarding the account freeze during my medical recovery has resulted in an unwarranted financial loss of $200, including a charge made just one day prior to this discovery.
It is imperative that potential and existing customers are made aware of these unscrupulous practices. I strongly advise against engaging with this establishment to avoid falling victim to similar fraudulent schemes.
