        A family owned business that cares for its employees and customers. Supportive leadership that not only listens but has a hand in creating solutions to problems as they arise. Allows flexibility to those that don't take advantage and offers a diverse and fun working environment. They acknowledge hard work and reward top employees quarterly. Raises and bonuses have been consistent throughout all the years I've been with the company. We continued to thrive during the pandemic as an essential company and growth has been steady year after year. Though opportunity for advancement may be limited currently, if you work hard, share ideas and seek out opportunities to grow your skills set, they are open to discussing/creating new positions and keeping good talent.

        I work for one of the largest Healthcare Facilities in the DFW. Unfortunate for us we have Mckeon brand fire curtains, which requires service from JE. Nothing wrong with the Mckeon brand but for the past 7yrs my every experience with JE has been nothing but unpleasant, and I do not recommend using (Johnson Equipment) this company. I want go in to great detail but I'm sure you get the picture.
