The infrastructure of this business is poor. I was seeing a provider pre-Covid and missed an appointment, that I dont remember missing because it was nearly 4 years ago, that they are now trying to bill me for. The NP I was initially seeing left or retired and without any notice or transition I was switched to another provider. Theyre constantly emailing me that their systems are down and because of their lack of consistency I decided to stop going. If you want dependable psychiatric care, I recommend not going here.

No place is perfect but Dr Tran is great. My daughter has been coming here for 12 years and him and his team have guided and helped us through a lot

Canceled my appointments twice on very short notice. Offered to reschedule 2+ weeks out both times. For dealing with people who are looking for psychiatric help, youd think theyd be a little more compassionate about that.

I found this place on a whim 2 years ago, and k of my experiences so far have been very good, the line tend to get busy sometimes, but its also a small office, so no biggie. They always make sure my prescriptions are filled ASAP, and are very sweet to me.
