Worst mental healthcare i have ever seen. Staff is rude with people. Front desk was more concerned with finding the best weed (one had a Mexican connect apparently) and finding the best places to eat after they get high (they were big on grannys cajun cooking). Guy had a daughter in a wheel chair, soft spoken guy, and they were so rude to him because he couldnt understand what they were explaining properly. Real joke. If the old people at the dest stay off tiktok and help people could be a big help. Needs to be closed

This place is a joke!! I have requested a psychiatrist for my niece and then I called 2xs and then what I thought was scheduled wasnt even with the dr. They want to sit and give you the run around after you have called them multiple times and requested something. People dont have time to miss work or school just to get there and not even be with the person you thought you were getting set up with.

Just like how many other people have said, this place is really the jokiest of jokes. I had my fair share of the rude staff in the front, mix-ups which would make the wait extra long, and many appointments that were scheduled without my knowledge. To pay a bill/see receipts is even a nightmare cuz the woman who is in charge of that never picks up the phone. The final straw for me was last week when I came in for a medication refill. The nurse told me I had to do a 6-month assessment again. Okay whatever, even though I did one the month before. She never even sent the medication, immediately as I asked her to. It wasn't sent until a couple days later. Us as patients go to a healthcare professional and hope that they will carry out their responsibility. I take this medication everyday just to cope in this world and she couldn't even do her one job. I am done with this place. It is better to seek services elsewhere.
