Update: Finally the V. P. of sales called me directly to explain the error. He was very gracious and explained the error and guaranteed my product would arrive shortly, and it did. I am impressed with his authentic concern regarding customer service. I placed an order on 5/2/2022 and my payment posted to my credit card account the same day. I have not received an email stating this has shipped and cannot reach anyone at either Stanford Sonoma or OnlineRestaurantSupplies despite having left several phone messages and emails.

Ordered a commercial toaster from their online restaurant supplies website because the item appeared to be in stock. My credit card was charged the same day, however, the toaster did not come in. I did receive an email a few weeks later stating the item was not in stock and I could expect the item in September (I ordered in June I believe). Since I needed a toaster sooner I tried to reach out to the company to cancel the order so I could locate one from another source. No one answers the phone or responds to emails...very frustrating. I did eventually get ahold of someone who convinced me not to cancel and promised to find an alternative and would call me back the same day with another option. My mistake, I should have insisted on cancelling. I never received a call back and they did not answer the phone or respond to my emails. September came and went and still no toaster, or refund or communication. I explained in detail through email that if I was ignored I would go through me credit card company to get my money back and would leave this review. My $2300 was only refunded (4 months post purchase) because of the hassle to I had to put in to contest the charge. Still no apology or communication.

Stay away from this company and their Online Restaurant Supplies website. They charge your credit card immediately and never send product. Had to elevate my claim with the fraud department with my credit card company.

Not sure what was going on never had trouble here till now the person I talked to name Jorge not sure of that's his name sent wrong material and not on time need new management or somthing was not organized

Stanford Sonoma was extremely helpful and my salesperson Nason educated me along the way. I felt truly taken care of and had full confidence that the equipment I chose was the right kind for me. Cheers !
