Claire was amazing! She helped myself, husband and two young kiddos find an amazing home in Weatherford Tx. We came from out of state, and she is so knowledgeable about all the areas around the DFW area. Great Communication and very personable. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Claire asked a couple of questions and came up with this ending number 224. She said, "Whenever we make an offer with 224 as the ending number, the offer will be accepted." I wondered if the number had some sort of significant meaning so I decided to google the number. 224 means Today, Tomorrow, Forever. Today - I met with Claire after she found my son a home. I gave her his number back in September 2021. They connected in March and by April he closed. Tomorrow - I texted Claire and thanked her for finding my son and his family a home. My son said, "Mom, get ready because she will work hard in finding you a home." I was finally ready to use my VA Loan. The catch was it was mid May and I needed to be out of my rental by mid July. With the greatest confidence, Claire assured me that she would find me a home and that I would close on June "20" with the number of the offer ending in 224. Every day from mid May until the first part of June we viewed at least one home a day to three homes on the weekend. We made some offers on only the homes that she encouraged was worth making an offer. Claire is very knowledgeable. She has this walk that she exhibits while walking the property and immediately can tell if there are foundation issues. Her eyes and ears are sensitive to every nook and cranny and she will be very candid if there is an issue. We wasted no time in or on those properties. Each property we visited, Claire gain an understanding of what I desired in my new home. She was gathering information. Forever - Claire called me the day after my birthday and requested that I facetime with her She was walking this property because I was working, she let me know that we needed to make an offer. After viewing what she saw, I immediately became excited. I walked through the home with her the next day and I was in love. We made an offer. This very house was my forever home and on June "24" I closed "4" days after her original close date mentioned with the Offer ending number of 224. 224 meaning Today, Tomorrow, Forever.
