Joan did a great job in assisting us with finding a rent home. She was able to find opportunities quickly, provided feedback on questions that we had and, in short order, she/we were successful!! And besides that she is a joy to work with - fun, funny, caring and very professional. She knows the real estate business.

I personally used Joan Parma to purchase my first home with my husband back in October of 2005. AND I'd happily use her again should the occassion call for it. She is extremely professional. 100%. Joan does not cut corners. Does not play games. She KNOW every detail to look for. She's one tough cookie and you WANT her on your side. She has been in the business for over 30+ years. This is NOT a part-time gig as another reviewer attempted to insult her with. (Perhaps THAT Reviewer/Seller shouldn't use outdated pictures to mislead the public in selling/renting a piece of property (as it was stated in their review). Joan would never misrepresent the public like that. I would HIGHLY recommend Joan for your buying and/or selling needs. She's "busy" because she represents multiple listings for a reason. This IS her jam. She's THE best!
