Hunky's is one of those places that you can always count on. Delicious burgers, vegetarian options, and the best onion rings ever! Always consistent, even though they forgot one of our onion rings orders this trip, so I couldn't give them a 5. Their cakes are the best in Texas - especially the Strawberry. You can tell that they are baked by someone who has some exceptional family, Southern style recipes in their rolodex. Please Hunkys, never change.

Solid, classic American diner experience, complete with 50s style tables and chairs/booths. Chili is smooth, dogs aren't wimpy at all, and the burgers are juicy. The value is amazing! Friendly, attentive staff. Clean and cared for. Consistently busy but food comes out at a good pace. A great, affordable option, rare in a touristy area. Great if you want some solid comfort food. Best onion rings! Bathrooms are gendered single rooms. Parking: Lots of parking in the area, may need to walk a little Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids, very family friendly. High chairs and booster seats clean and ready to go

Big location, great to go with a big group of friends I ordered the club with tator tots and a drink for $13ishnot bad at all. Will most likely comeback here again.
