Overall dealing with Dina has been great! Dina has been very responsive, very knowledgeable. However, the last couple days to our closing day left us with a bad taste. Even though Dina owns the mistakes done by her team, it was quiet a lot of stress we as first time home buyers had to go through. I believe no client should have to undergo such stress especially since we work with loan service providers to make our home buying journey a bit more manageable. But when our stress is accentuated as a result of mistakes done by the service providers themselves, it does not help!. That said - I hope lessons will be learnt and the same mistakes wont be done again so no one else will have to undergo the last minute uncertainties that we went through. The only reason I am taking the time to provide this feedback is in hopes that it helps Supreme Lending do better in managing their clients!
