        On Saturday I went for a gel polish manicure today, Monday. My nails are peeling. A very old and poorly managed lady put them on. I told her that because the nails had air, she got angry, plus 35 pains for nothing.

        I showed Cat a picture of two previous nail designs I had and she was able to create them both ombre style for me & I was very happy with the result. Requested style: There was two designs I had in the past and I wanted them both combined in one so she was able to do it ombre style for me. It was simple & classy for my taste I love it. Stylist: Cat was who I had my visit with & she was wonderful to me.

      Hi there, im sorry about this inconvenience ,Im the manager of the nail the salon.I remember you that you come on last friday, you did the deluxe manicure is 28+5 Dollas for a regular french and regular pedi with french too.im asking that you want to do the gel because the regular does not last long on your nail, you said no. on sartuday you come back to fix it that I keep saying that you want to do a gel for the nail last longer and for the gel that we warrant for 7day but the regular polish is not. and then you say no again. I just want to let you know that you can go every nail salon ask for warranty for the regular polish in hand? im writing this letter for you understand not for who's right or who's wrong. but you put on here for manicure gel french is 35 its not true, the manicure gel french at my salon is 40$, anyway because we misunderstand we are sorry about it. hope you enjoy your day.
      Hello, I am sorry for this inconvenience, I am the manager of the nail salon. I remember you came last Friday, you did the luxury manicure that costs 28+5 dollars for a regular French and a regular pedicure with French too. When asked if he wanted to put the gel on because the normal one doesn't last long on the nail, he said no. On Saturday you fix it again and I keep saying that you want to make a gel so that the nail lasts longer and for the gel we guarantee 7 days but not the regular polish. and then you say no again. I just want you to know that you can go to any nail salon and ask for a guarantee for the regular polish you have on hand. I am writing this letter so that you understand, not to know who is right or who is wrong. but what you put here for french manicure gel is 35, it's not true, french manicure gel in my salon is 40$, anyway, due to misunderstanding, we are sorry. I hope you enjoy your day
