If you want good service and healthy nails, do not go to this place! I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Since I am from out of state, I have never been to Nail Time and went to the business based on reviews. I am used to a gentle removal of gel polish from my nail that is less abrasive and will not damage my natural nail. Unfortunately, this place does not use this method of removal. Rather, they use a razor like tool to strip the gel polish which also strips a thin layer of your nail. When I asked the lady if I can see the tool she used, she tried to hide it from me. Then when she finally showed it to me, she tried to tell me that they can fix it by buffing it out and that it was part of the process. Of course, I told her that is not true and explained to her that what she did caused damage to my nail. I then asked if I continued with the service and if I were to return back to my home state and my nail breaks in a week what is their policy to bring resolution to a situation when they have caused damage to a customer's nail? She did not give me a straight answer. Rather, she told me that it would not happen because they do it all the time. So, I asked her if that means she is guaranteeing her work? She quickly told me no and again she refused to provide me with resolution in the event that my nails break as a result of the damage she caused to my nails. Instead, her co- worker said that I can report them to the BBB. Of course, I decided to leave at this point. But I wanted to make sure that I shared my experience with everyone else that values healthy nails.
