        This was the best eyeglass shopping experience I've had. Great choices for frames, extremely friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Grant), thoughtful and thorough guidance, very easy to purchase. Will go back for more glasses again next time!

        Great experience at first, until they sold me new contacts. Ive used the same company for years, but the employee that was working at the time convinced me to try Alcon. They explained there was a $75 rebate that I would be eligible for. Of course as a college student this sounded great to me. I asked her multiple times what documents I would need to provide. Alcon ended up denying my rebate claim after ordering and trying their contacts, and hating them. I sent in 10 different documents multiple times after being asked to send it over and over again. I even contacted customer support and they repeated the same things over. So now I am stuck with more expensive contacts that get dry easily, break easily, and dont last as longand I dont get the rebate either for ordering my original ones now. all for a sale. I wouldnt blame Warby Parker if I didnt feel pressured to buy these contacts that day, but I did. And I will never buy from here again.
