The clinicians were fantastic, but the woman handling check-in at the front was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. When I arrived, she told me that they were not able to verify my insurance. I submitted my insurance info to the office 4 days before my appointment, as well as weeks beforehand when I had booked the appointment. I asked her why they had not notified me of this issue before I arrived for the appointment, and the front-desk worker claimed that she had called me and left a message. I double checked my phone, texts and email and there was no message. If I had been notified of this issue in advance, I could have contacted my employer before the appointment so they could have issued a verification of care, instead of having to scramble to resolve the issue at check-in. I work in health care and this was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a medical office.

Im sure the Doctors are great but youd have to get by their extremely unprofessional and rude staff.

While I give Dr Wyll 5 stars as a doctor her office is only a one star because I cant give none.. had my appointment moved twice to a change in her surgery schedule then I walk in 10 minutes prior to my appointment like was asked of me to be told she isnt here and on vacation that someone cancelled my appointment and had called me when that is in fact a lie since I had already rescheduled my appointment when they actually called me to this day! I drive an hour to see her and this is unacceptable!!

North Dallas ENT is the best practice I've found in the Metroplex. Dr. Wyatt and his PAs are awesome!
