I was overcharged. I only stayed for 1 hour 40 min but was charged $10. The rates on the sign upon entering clearly said $1 each hour

This garage is terrible. I am a resident of the building it is attached to, and it is shared with the general public. The newish system to enter the garage by scanning a QR code on your phone to get a text with a link to pay for your parking is terrible. At least once a week I get stuck behind someone who cant figure it out, or who has paid, but the gate wont open. The man who works here is beyond rude. He even threatens to call the police on residents who ask him to help the drivers who are stuck. When my lease comes up for renewal, this issue will be a big part of my decision to stay or leave.

I would not recommend this garage/Company. I parked there once with a rental car while attending a reception. Several weeks later I was notified that I had a parking charge even though I was in Colorado at the time. I called them to report the fraud and they replied that my car was there so I was responsible for the charge. It is impossible that my car was there. It was also in Colorado.
