Lambeth Lot

Too expensive for an hour worth of parking $18!! But its all the same in the area. Should be based on time used. For the price you expect a lot attendant and security - lots of homeless around - did they have a guy booting cars they will do that.

I will never park in this parking lot or any parking lots operated by this company peakparking or parkwhiz. 1. My wife and I went for a dinner and we paid for the fee. But our car still got locked. We waited in the cold weather for >30 mins. When the agent came to unlock my car, he said it's maybe I was not using their App, so there's an delay in his App. However, his recorded showed he locked my car 10 mins after I paid the fee. And there might be 2-3 mins delay on his App. This actually does not make any sense and even it does, that's also not my problem and there's no apology from this company. 2. I called the operator to ask them to unlock my car. The lady told me the average waiting time was ~20mins. On the sign it says multiple calls will cause delay, so I waited >30mins and made the second call. The attitude of the second operator was bad. I tried to express my frustration, she not even wanted to listen but just called me to stop, and I did let her finished what she needs to say to finish her job. 3. In addition, the fee is really too much. We just went for a dinner for less than an hour and they have no options for hourly fee. And the service is ridiculously bad.

first of all, every picture of this lot so far is deceiving. This parking is packed full anytime between 1pm and 1am. If you pull in and theres not a spot, you have to back out completely and get back on the street and hope nobody rear ends you. I drove a long way for a rare concert to a band I waited a lifetime to see and this was the closest city. I have been trying to contact the owners of the lot for over 8 months and they didnt answer until the day of the event. He was around the area and was friendly. Thats why its getting more than 1 or 2 stars. I was concerned because there were reports of people who paid getting boots and i did not want that to happen. I paid in advanced. However, after the concert there were marks on my car that weren't there before. I didnt look for it because i was eager to get out of there after 11:30pm and it was even crazier in that area that late at night than when I pulled in at 5pm. Lot management claims they have control of the cameras but do not. security phone number won't help you either and the police won't take a report over the phone. and they directed me to the 911 number and you cannot make a report either. So hit and runs are common there and one of the problems is the lot is so skinny. Also lots of panhandlers in the area begging for 10 dollars here, 10 dollars there. I hope I don't have to go to Dallas again.
