Children's Dental and Orthodontics

I received this request to review an appointment I did not schedule and did not have. When I received notice that an appointment had been scheduled without my authorization, I called to have the staff remove it. I left a message and heard back from no one. Then, today, I received this review request for the visit I did not schedule and did not attend. I hope I dont find that they charged my insurance.

0 stars! This practice has been messaging and emailing me for weeks, reminding me of my son's appointment. When I arrived this morning, at 8:30 a.m. I found the lights on, inner door open, but no receptionist, and the door was locked. A clock on the door showed, "we will be back at 10:10a.m." I called, no answer. Left a message, no one returned my call. Called again at 4:30, no answer. No one from the practice contacted me to let me know that the appointment needs to be canceled. Bottom line, this is NOT the practice of Dr. Nicholas Bushey. Two new dentists. He has moved (we never received any written notice!), and so are we! There is something seriously wrong with this practice if there is 0 customer service and 0 accountability.

Dr. Ali and Dr. Allo are so kind and thoughtful with the kids, as are the entire staff. My little who doesnt enjoy medical appointments was calm and happy throughout her appointment as the staff made her feel right at home. The office is clean and well taken care of. Making appointments are quick and easy. Thank you!

This is a great office. My child is sensory challenged and I am so impressed how amazing the various dentists are working with him. The tenured front desk lady is able to calm him down. Office is bright and welcoming.
