Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. It was quite humbling and I refused to see myself as some sort of victim. Eventually Pete was found. When options were limited from many angles, he had the focused and stable brain I needed.
