The Wilhite Law Firm - Personal Injury Attorney - Dallas

I fell at a store and hurt my knee. It was suggested to me to call the Wilhite law firm because I could start a case. My initial call, I was very clueless but the gentleman I spoke with made me feel comfortable and told me that I would have a case. (Wish I would have remembered his name) He explained everything to me and sent me paperwork and told me that I would receive an email with the person who I would be in contact regarding my case. Elizabeth Cervantes emailed me with the next steps and how we would be moving forward. She might of called me once but that was it. I emailed her all the paperwork she requested and I never heard from her, not a call or email. I reached out to her by phone and via email but every time I would call her it would go to her voice mail and I would leave a message or she would answer but then she would tell me she would call me back. She wouldnt call me back, I waited weeks, months and I just wouldnt hear back from her. When I got the chance to speak with her she would ask for all the documents I had previously sent her. She just seemed clueless as to who I was and repeatedly ask for the same documents I had already given to her. I called back a different time and asked to speak to her manager, Anna is who they said was her manager , and left her a voice message but Anna never called me back. Another time I spoke to Abigail and let her know my situation, she took the message and said she would have somebody give me a call and that never happened. Elizabeth Cervantes has not kept me updated on my case, Im always the one calling her. I am very disappointed, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I spoke with Ana who is absolutely amazing and patient. Answered all my questions and made me feel so much better.

Lane is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He helped me and my family over a legal issue that is not even under his specialty, but he went out of his way to give legal advice as best as he could.
