I've been trying to get a prescription filled for the past 3 weeks. My doctor has left numerous messages and and no one returns calls. When I try to call, all I get is Vm. Customer service used to be great. Very disappointed

The new Doughterys has great customer service & a well stocked pharmacy! Customer service has always been first with Doughterys & it still is today! The soda shop is very nice! Stocked with great foods, sandwiches & filled with Christmas joy! Beautiful location & awesome service! Thank you & Have a beautiful Holiday season!

Called in to inquire about a sterile compound eye drop, the pharmacy tech told me that they don't compound that antibiotic. I asked if she knew any pharmacy that does sterile eye drops, her response was that I just need to keep calling around because she couldn't help me. Then I asked politely if I could speak with someone else that knows about medicine because this is not an antibiotic. She then stayed silent for a few seconds I guess to look up the medicine Tacrolimus and she told me that they only do antibiotics not immunosuppressants and hang up on me. I don't understand how a business can operate with these incompetent customer service techs that have 0 willingness to help.

This is a family owned old fashioned pharmacy. Lots of great elements, by the same token yhey have some real shortcomings that reveal they are a small store competing with big
