I called to see if your Store sells postcards as I had a hard time finding them here in Dallas. The lady on the phone said she would go check in the card department for me. Several minutes later I could hear a lot of talking in the background and finally she hung up the phone on me. I called back and the phone rang 34 times and then she hung up the phone again. I then called back a third time and the phone rang 20 times and no one answered. Very rude to tell a customer youre going to check then leave them on hold and then hang up.
