    UPDATE: We didn't FEEL we had a negative experience - we DID have a negative experience. Our family gathered from OUT OF STATE for these photos, so "rescheduling" for ANY reason was not an option. YOU WERE LATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. That is a fact, and you can deny it all you want, but that would just make you a liar. This was the WORST experience with a photographer I have ever had. She showed up late and completely disorganized and unprepared. She took ZERO time with our family in terms of placing people properly or adjusting spacing. In some photos, people's faces are blocked by other faces. She never allowed us to review the photos as we went along, and never sent the complete batch of photos so we could chose the ones we might have liked. We got not ONE photograph that was something we wanted to keep.

    I had to actually edit my previous review. After almost two years, it has actually bothered me that much. I want to start by saying she is really sweet, and offered plenty of advice etc. about timing and poses. But it really bugs me that I dont have a single photo of me walking down the isle at my wedding.. There was one or two but they were blurry, etc. and because I was expecting some photos of that, I told my guests to not use phones during the service. And now I have no video, no photos of me walking down the isle with my dad etc. Also after the first call when we were inquiring about her services, I specifically asked will we have all the rights to the photos she said yes. That wasnt the case. afterwords she said we had to pay an extra 1,200 for the rest of our photos. I have brought this up to her, and she denied this claim, but that was a really big deal for me, so I have no flaw in my memory when I asked that.. To be honest I think I really only like two photos of me and my husband.. Kinda breaks my heart..

We are sorry you feel you had a negative experience but we place our families to where everyone can be seen. I even stand on a ladder. I show up early to the venue to make sure I get there and get set up on time. We always allow clients to review their photos through our view finder on our 📷 camera. We don't allow clients to choose their photos before we edit them online. We only choose the ones that are the best and then delete the rest. We don't allow clients to see diplicate photos, out of focus, bad lighting etc. They only see the final image. Every image has to do with lighting and the weather. All sessions are weather permitting. If the weather is not cooperating we ask to reschedule to a different day and time so they can have great quality images. Images go down in quality when you don't have great lighting. Everything is explained in the contract that you have signed.

First of all we are very sorry you feel you had a negative experience but our business does not give blurry photos to any customer. It is against our policy and procedures. This was a Groupon purchase. We strive to make every experience with each client the best and welcoming to our business. We are very knowledgeable and have been doing photography for over 18 years. Video coverage was not included in this package. We don't even offer videography services. If you did not receive the images you wanted that is because a check list was not provided prior the big day. We go over everything with you prior to your wedding day and during to make sure you get the images you wanted. There are a certain amount of images we give to every client that purchase a GROUPON. They have certain restrictions on the amount of images you may receive as well as any additional you will be responsible for. We communicated that to this customer but she couldn't afford any additional and it was outside her budget. We went above and beyond our expertise and through the editing process to make sure every image is picture perfect. We also explained that at anytime she could purchase them at a later time when her budget would allow it. We hold on to them and don't delete up to 10 years. We make sure that every shot is a clear and in focus. We even show you on the view finder of the camera prior to edits being done.
