        Bar Method is an amazing workout! Every class and instructor is different, so you are always being challenged in new ways. They are very welcoming to new members and help correct everyone throughout class (by name!) to get the most out of it. I've only been going for about 10 classes but I am already addicted. I feel like this is the only type of workout that has helped me rebuild my strength and body postpartum. Hoping that I can continue to go through my next pregnancy to help keep my core strong! Thank you Bar Method!!
