        I'm deeply troubled to hear about Serious Pizza(Milkshake Concepts) and its CEO/Owner, Immy, allowing a disabled veteran to be mistreated by their store employees. This is not just a failure in customer service but also a breach of basic human decency. Every establishment should prioritize the well-being and respect of its customers, especially those who have served our country. Such actions are inexcusable and reflect poorly on both the company and its leadership.
