All customers here were victims of car wrecks, many resulting in serious injuries or death. Try to treat them with some kindness.

This was place is terrible. Weve been here for an hour, were in line trying to retrieve the car but theyre only letting people in one at a time and the officer allowing people in and out is slow and its not clarifying anything for anyone. Not only have we not gotten our car yet but theres no processing system to give a wait time.
The attendants are rude too. This should be a seamless process and its not. And we have to pay and were only here because someone STOLE our vehicle.
