Definitely Is A ace I Loved To Be And My Babies Loved The Loving Hands That Cared For Them Here At Spring Creek Kindercare. I Hope I Get Better To Be Able To Take My Babies Back. I Appreciate All They Do And The Love They Show Every Single Child In There Care. I Love U All Especially CD- Mrs. Sherri And AD's Ms.Clari And Mrs. Anna You Ladies Make It Great!!!!

Directors and teachers are super helpful, always supportive to parents and students. I feel at home leaving my little ones with them above all they make the day very bright with their welcome smiles. Ms. Jones the Center Director is very helpful to my family.

Im not sure whats going on lately with the daycare teachers, but the past few weeks, this location has been having a shortage of daycare teachers. Weve been getting emails about them not accepting anymore children after a certain time due to shortage of teachers. Idk but this isnt a good look, especially for new families.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First and foremost there is no learning being done, all the kids do is play all day. They take pictures of your child on the iPad and make it look like they are learning and being productive but they are not. The center director Sherrie Jones is a liar and does not care about them kids all they care about is money and the number of kids they can pile next to each other. The center director hires literally anybody that can pass a background check, she doesnt interview them or anything, doesnt make sure they are cpr trained (which is mandatory to obtain) New teachers are not being trained when starting , they are being left alone with kids by themselves on their first day without no support/guidance or anyone checking my on the kids to ensure they are okay. They dont care about the kids personal/education development or their safety. The teachers are not attentive to all the children in the classroom , specifically the teachers Kayla Vaughn, Nicole Autman and Shambrecia Bills. Kids have been sent home with black eyes, bruised lips, chipped teeth etc. and the teachers say they dont know what happened or how the bruise occurred. They lie on the incident reports and dont tell the full honest truth of what happened. The teachers there treat that place like a regular job just trying to get through the day- they dont care about the kids. The food is trash!!! They lie and say your kid ate when more than likely they did not because the food is over seasoned and too spicy for kids taste buds, the meals are rushed and always served cold. The kids dont drink water they only serve them milk, and if they do get water its from the nasty sinks. The classrooms are not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The center director lies to cover for the teachers or she throws the teachers under the bus to please the parents so they dont pull their kids out. The woman cannot be trusted! The building is old and needs so much done, the floor and walls leaks water, theres mildew accumulating in the preschool classroom. The teachers are almost always out of ratio and have more kids in the classroom than they should or they move the kids around in classrooms they are not supposed to be in so they can be in ratio which results in your child again not learning but playing in the classroom. Overall its the worst place to bring your child of any age. They are just numbers driven there thats all so Kindercare can make money. This is a horrible place to work at if you actually do care about children and education. Again DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! If you genuinely care about their education, safety and overall wellbeing.
