I had a really nice experience with them. The print came out really clear and ive washed my hoodie so many times it hasn't come off. the fabric is super soft and comfortable. I love getting stuff for gifts from them!! Also Ali is greatt, hes very helpful and promising

Extremely unprofessional and uneducated in screen printing. Does not know how to work with customers and too stubborn to listen. Edit: Changed review from 1 star to 3.5 so I rounded up to 4. Owner reached out and we discussed the job again. Decided to give the business another chance. The attitude and customer service was significantly better but this is based on conversation with the owner afterwards. Still feel like they are lacking in terms of management but overall they were able to fulfill the job required. Things that could be improved is print placement and color matching.

I would like to give 0 stars to be honest. I wanted to print a work shirt and it turns out that they want you to make several t-shirts Answer What quality, what efficiency, my need was a t-shirt, but none of that was offered to me.
