After searching for help for months, I finally found Renee and I am forever grateful for that. I have seen many therapists throughout my life, but none that I feel have really made a change like working with Renee did. Her introducing me to EMDR and helping me see things for what they are was groundbreaking to me. It helped me understand and accept past traumas, without causing damage. Her questions and the way she runs her sessions were especially helpful. I would highly recommend Renee to anyone in need. I only got to see her for a short amount of time due to a move, but im very grateful I found her when I did. I can say in a short amount of time I gained a much better understanding of myself, and the others around me in my life, current and past. She is incredible at what she does.

Renee was able to really turn me around after a very traumatic long-term hospital stay. She was able to quickly start treatment and really turned around my life and got me back on track. The use of EMDR and her guidance, made a huge difference to me moving forward and getting past my trauma. I can't thank her enough.

Four and a half years ago, I began my much needed healing journey after a lifetime of various traumas. I knew something was definitely not ok, and I had known for a long time. Id read The Body Keeps the Score, and was intrigued but also nervous and honestly scared of EMDR. The moment I spoke to Renee on the phone, and then met her in person, I knew I was in the right hands. Ive survived more traumas than I would like to ever admit, but with Renees help, I have been able to face and work through them, identify ways I can avoid making some of the same mistakes in my own life and in my parenting style, and has helped me to manage my triggers. Shes made it possible for me to not take on so much of the guilt that comes with being a survivor. I have become more balanced as a result of my time with her. I was a patient prior to COVID and during. Renee is always there for me when I need her, and I appreciate her professionalism and her warmth, equally. She asks questions that help get to the root of issues and is supportive, while also helping to hold me accountable for the commitments I make to myself. Renee has single handedly changed my life forever, and as a regular and current patient, I can say I feel more aware and more present in my own life. Im learning to do things (that should be simple) that Ive never even considered before, and I have her to thank for the progress and commitment Ive made to my healing journey. Ill follow her anywhere!

I came to Renee not know anything about therapy, but knowing I needed help. Between her expertise, EMDR, probing questions, and advise I can say I am in a fantastic place today. I am fantastic emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If you are ready to make a difference in your own life and to do the work, I can't recommend Renee and her practice enough.
