There are HUNDREDS of AMAZING agents in Vegas. Don't get stuck with a bad broker and agent duo! The details that Gidget replied on my earlier review were a blatant lie. This company misrepresents themselves and the truth which is illegal. We are taking this broker and her agent Noelle to the board for realtors for their inability to perform their job duties last summer. We will also be pursuing the lies they have spewed on a previous review. This brokerage does not disclose pertinent details to their clients. Gidget was on vacation during the moments Noelle needed assistance and did not understand what was going on. Gidget remained unavailable and we had to wait days for help.

This review is VERY MUCH LONG OVERDUE! I had SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Graham Realty! My husband and I had decided we wanted to sell our home ASAP back in May/June! Within a matter of days, we got photos done, home put on the market, and an amazing offer. The steps on how the process works was clearly stated from beginning to end, there was an open line of communication every step of the way, and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner! Both Suzanne and Nicole were magnificent to work with, they were personable and absolutely professional and we could not have been happier!! We will definitely be using Graham Realty again!

This is our 4th time working with Suzanne and Nicole and with the state of the current market and our need to buy and sell with a smooth transitionthe most challenging! Suzanne and Nicole were fantastic! From their wisdom on the homes themselves(finding even the slightest flaws that were covered by sellers), to negotiating deals, navigating through all the hiccups in the process and just consistently checking that we were okay and updated on everything going onthey really add that personal touch as if they were buying the house themselves or for a loved one. Even before we had decided to sell our home they were readily available to answer questions we had and navigating through problems with their expertise in the field. We considered going without a realtor to save some money initially, but we now know without a doubt that we could not have pulled off what we did in this market without the two of them. We hope this is our forever home but know who to call if we ever decide to sell again. Thank yall!

If youre looking for the best realtors in Texas, look no further. Suzanne and Nicole are it! We have had the privilege of working with them in both buying and selling a home. In fact, they helped us buy our brand new home in September 2019 and, after learning we would relocate across the country due to our careers, they sold our house just 7 months later DURING a pandemic. I rave about them because they were able to find us a beautiful home with a great deal and then less than a year later, when we called them back up to sell, they were insightful, knowledgeable, willing, and confident they could make it happen. To say the least they were beyond helpful and caring for our situation. They worked their magic and, not only did we sell in record time, but we profited from our house. These two are professional, kind, fun, and have beautiful personalities. If I ever moved back and needed to find a home, they would be my first call.
