I worked with CB 3 years back on the apartment search. Given the satisfaction with the apartment he found, he was my first choice when it came time to buy. As a first time buyer, I feel extremely lucky to have had CB as my broker. As the process of buying is complicated and multi step, he is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring his clients have full visibility and comfort with each step being taken in the process. He never pressured me to make an offer on a place I wasn't 100% sold on. When the perfect place did come along, he never pressured me to make an outrageous offer I didn't feel comfortable with.
