Levi Lascsak, Travis Plumb, I found these folks on YouTube. They helped me find a house in Melissa, TX. These folks mean serious business and stand true to their word in saying that they move fast and get you a house in the toughest of markets. And that's where my story began! Last year I moved from New Jersey and began house hunting in the most unprecedented real estate market in US history. Worked with a previous realtor and the process became a "Wash, rinse, repeat". For almost a year, I tell them of a house, we go see, and wait in silence until I see the house got an offer and sold. Tired I found Levi and Travis back in December and gave them a chance. I couldn't initially believe their claim of how quick they'd moved and closed the deals in this market but as a homeowner now I MUST say Travis and their team ROCK AND STAND TRUE TO THEIR WORD!!! Two months in and we closed a deal at a great price on a nice 4 bedroom house in a growing DFW suburb with ample opportunity for price appreciation and with great schools. As my wife and I contemplated a move to Dallas, we reviewed many YouTube videos on the Dallas Real Estate market. For us the most informative and authentic video site was Levi Lascsaks Living in Dallas. Therefore, we reached out to the number referenced in the Lascsak videos. The voice that responded to my call was Vincent (Vince) Morris.Our association with Vince has been outstanding! Weve found him to be the essence of customer oriented. My husband and I booked an initial zoom call with these guys and they never answered the call. Still havent answered our email about a follow up. I know wanting a realtor who communicates well is important so I would not recommend this group.
