My wife and I visited several assisted living facilities in the Dallas area. We chose Monticello West for our mother because of the services and levels of care that were available. We were most impressed with the friendliness and warmth of the staff at this facility. Many of the staff at Monticello West are long term employees. We are pleased with Monticello West and appreciate their level of care and excellent communication.

Very Unprofessional!
I applied for the Weekend Receptionist for this company at this location. I received a call the next day from Cathy Henry for a i guess you could say " phone interview" . That day comes and i arrive at the location and I'm given an application, I complete the application and waited 20-30 minutes for Cathy just to be told someone already took the offer. I wasted my time, my gas to come in and be told someone has the position already? So Unprofessional and so unpredictable... I'm very upset. I would never recommend this place.

Very nice facility. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Eriahna Flores! She has gone above and beyond helping our loved one. I highly recommend Monticello West.

Nan has just been incredible helping us quickly navigate moving our friend from a rehab facility to what we hope will be a tremendous improvement in his care. I did not need to look at any other places after meeting her and learning about the types of services they offer, the full time nurse -24 hours a day- and the enhanced memory care plan. Also, the many long time employees speak very well for the company. The daily menu is impressive too.
I feel relieved that Nan has helped us find a good fit. We are Thankful
