I had a warranty claim for my roof and Pertex helped with everything. Getting the paperwork filed, pictures taken , etc. The replacement roof was completed in a timely manner also.

This is our 3rd hail damaged roof replacement to be done by Pertex Roofing. This company, their team and the owner are very hands on and responsive throughout the whole repair process. They are a full service general contractor that work with and coordinate with all the trades involved with your reparations. Additionally, they work directly with your insurance company and advocate for the homeowners to make sure you are made whole at completion of the project. I highly recommend this company! Great job!

Ive known Edward for nearly 15 years. After every bad hail storm Ive had him inspect my roof for damage. The first three times he inspected it he couldnt find enough damage to bother with an insurance claim. I felt like he was completely upfront with me. Fast forward to four years ago when a massive storm bombarded my neighborhood with golf ball and larger hail stones, I called Edward as the storm was still overhead because I knew it was a bad one. Sure enough, after coming to my house just a half-hour after I called, he found enough damage to necessitate a claim. During the entire process of getting my roof repaired/replaced I had NO stress whatsoever with how Edward handled things. No awful surprises or miscommunications. Edward is a PRO. Since replacing my roof the first time Ive had to get my roof replaced a second time due to a bad hail storm last Spring. Edward was at my house immediately after I called and took care of everything, just like before. I never had to worry about a thing. Ive referred Edward to several of my neighbors and theyve been just as satisfied and delighted with PerTex as Ive always been.
