Worked with DFW Roofing for 13 years. We also work with 3 others. I read comments by the public. Understand, this is a Large Commercial distributor that also will sale to the public. . They're Not a home depot. What's important. 1) Material always arrive on the job site on time. 2) Order is always complete. 3) Billing always accurate to include returns. 4) To walk in, take an order, walk out hand to the picker - delivered to my truck is painless. most always quick. 5) Unlike Home Depot, they hire plenty of staff that also is knowledgeable - plenty to keep things rolling. 6) Rarely are material damaged: When shingles arrive we inspect them. Rarely do we have damaged bundles. Damaged by forklift drive moving to fast - gauges width- drags the pallet across other bundles of shingles. Most often this damages the bottom of the shingles. We inspect every order when they arrive onsite. Any damaged material is called in. DFW immediately send a driver exchanges the damage bundle. So the very limited parking area MAY have some trash, however, they're not there to look pretty, they provide a very demanding commercial business that received order at 3pm and have them deliver the next morning by 10am.
