        I cashed my check as usual and they gave me 3 counterfeit 100 bills. As I always changed here, I didn't check them right away. At home I saw them and went back to make the claim and they told me that they weren't going to change them, that the machine was damaged and they were not going to pay me

      We regret the misunderstanding that occurred in the establishment, the bills that were given to you were NOT fake, they were old bills that hardly circulate anymore, after showing up at the store they were exchanged for new bills and those bills were returned to the bank without problem to avoid further confusion with customers.
