Best Speech Therapy, PLLC

Mrs. Campania was extremely knowledgeable about oral motor deficits and the speech needs my child has. She engaged my daughter during the evaluation and my daughter enjoyed it and can't wait to return to work with her. She clearly answered all of my questions. The information and results from the evaluation has helped me make decisions regarding speech, breathing, dental and orthodontic care. She is one of the very few SLP's in the metroplex with who specializes in Oralfacial Myofunctional Therapy. I recommend her highly.

Marcia Campagna was very personable and thorough. She went over all the details of the treatment plan and explained what can and cannot be achieved. She is also comes highly recommended with in her profession. I look forward to working with her in the future.

They have been great. I checked in with concerns for my son and his breathing. They were able to pinpoint the problem and set forth a plan to start to resolve the issues.

Best speech therapy is a perfect description for this practice. It's definitely the best! Not only does our son absolutely love his therapist, but this is the first practice deeply knowledgeable enough to actually properly diagnose him. Every step of his oral development (breast feeding, eating, talking, teeth grinding, speech etc) I've shared my concerns that were dismissed over and over again. Over the course of 7 years, I've taken him to countless therapists, dentists, specialists etc never getting the proper diagnosis until now. It was such a breath of relief finally getting answers, and getting on the correct treatment plan. Not only that but they took videos of his stretches so that both parents knew exactly how to do them at home. Best is an understatement, they are absolutely life changing and I am so thankful.

Follow up to original review: This company lies and does not follow through with what they say. Their response to my original review said they had replied to my fiancs message with in their portal chat. This was a lie. They have not responded nor have they replied to her email reaching out. I then sent a chat message to them and they say they reply within a day. I know they have seen my messages because they say seen. These messages were sent over a week ago with no reply. They have failed yet again and replying to us to help resolve this refund issue due to their poor communication. We have since moved to a much better communicating and fair speech therapist. We will be following through with our Better Business Bureau complaint to hopefully help with getting our refund. My recommendation is to keep looking for a better company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Blamed cancelations on my fianc. But they were due to their negligent scheduling and communication. Will not reply to any emails or phone calls. Highly recommend you choose someones else. In the process of filing a Better Business Bureau complaint to help reconcile the refund we have been trying to get back.
