Procedure was suppose to be around 1pm, but didn't get back till after 4pm for a supposed "1 hr" procedure, it is now nearly 6pm. That's honestly not the worst part. The worst part is VERY limited communication, we got one blurp about starting late then after that, no updates at all. No explanations, no nothing! Very disappointing. I will say that the PACU RNs Will and Amy were great though!

I had a day procedure done today and the entire staff was fantastic but I really want to shout out to Kirby the RN that took care of me before surgery I was so nervous and he was so kind and hilarious and kept my mind nice and calm. Thank you guys so much!

I have had two cataracts surgeries of my both eyes at this facility one on June 28 and second on September 26 both were nicely and professionally performed by highly skilled and trained surgeons with modern equipment they have a very updated pre and post surgery care with trained and friendly staff I am fully recovered and feel much better I recommend all to visit this facility for any eye care required without any hesitation thanks Azmat Kahlun

I had a scheduled surgery today with Dr. Malones office that required me to take medicine the day prior. My pharmacist never received the prescription and when we had scheduled phone appointments prior to the scheduled surgery, they either missed the time or had me on hold for 15min. One time someone did apologize for missing the appointment but by that time it was too late. I canceled the surgery because the team was unprofessional and did not care or respect a patient time. How do you not send over the required prescription for the scheduled surgery? Today was a waste of PTO.
