Megan was amazing through the entire process from the moment she reached out to me to after I accepted & started my new position. She was more communicative than any recruiter I've worked with in my 20+ year career, providing & soliciting feedback & even prepping me for upcoming interviews with detailed information about the interviewers' personalities & expectations. She did a phenomenal job with her job recommendation and seemed to just have a 'feel' for where I would fit. Hopefully, I won't need to use Alleare in the future, but if I do, I would not hesitate to work with them again.
