Tow Jam

Beware of this company, Geico assigned them to tow my carafter 2 hour and 4 calls to check their location they then inform me they were unable to tow my car. The workers stated they should have told me before hand, but they had 3 chances to tell me. If you get assigned to them, cancel!

Update: As we all do, I had another experience requiring a tow! Having had such an easy time last time, I called on Tow Jam again for another tow. Bazar came out as soon as possible, even though it was busy to help with my tow, and he was very confident he could get me moving with a jump (although I had been using jump tools for a while before I decided it was out of my scope) and he managed to get me started and said he would make sure that my claim was changed from a more expensive tow to a jump start! There was an opportunity there for their business to just take what I had requested from them, but Bazar went out of his way to make it the most simple experience he could for me. I did have to call back to get the charge changed, but that's an easy miss on a busy day. As soon as I called, they were happy to provide names and contacts for me to make sure my charge was adjusted. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, fast, and overall very pleasant to work with! As far as pricing, I have just come to understand that things towards inner city remain more expensive. Compared to their competitors, Tow Jam truly is on the more affordable end of the spectrum here for inner Dallas! --- Had a great experience with Tow Jam! I was forwarded to them by the business that was going to work on my car. There was some outside confusion about billing but that really had more to do with the situation than Tow Jam. Dispatch was helpful and polite. When Peter arrived, he was an absolute pro! My car was parked parallel to another and quite close - Peter was able to line up his truck AND his hydraulic tow anchor in one shot, with no mirrors or guide on less than two minutes! And that was in between a really tight fit! Really impressive! He deserves kudos :-) My only complaint was that the tow was a bit expensive - over a hundred dollars to tow in neutral to less than two miles away. That being said, I'm not from the city so I'm sure things can be more expensive in general. I'm used to paying around $65 for similar services. Service: Car towing
