My other vehicles are a Jeep and a Ford. I have not found a Jeep or Ford dealership like Sport City for Toyotas. My son has a Prius, and the two or three times we've come to Sport City for service, it's been pleasant experiences. I feel like they've given us honest, accurate information. I don't feel upsold, and they've been fast, communicative, and straightforward. I wish I could find their equivalent for my other vehicles.

Raymond Garcia in the service dept and technician Phillip did exactly what I asked them to do. Raymond kept me informed as to what was being done and Phillip leveled my Tacoma EXACTLY how I asked it to be done. They are both big assets to Sports City Toyota! I am a very satisfied customer.

It's nice to work with the same person behind the counter. However, there is always something else to be done in maintaining a vehicle! Huh. Maintenance service was excellent on today May 21st at 7 a.m. was out of there before 7:40 a.m. Contacted Mr. Napoleon and he took care of our needs to buy the vehicle. 2/21/22 was my third sales encounter with Mr. Napoleon Alexander. He makes the sales process bearable and easy for the customer to do. Very calm and professional and extremely intentional about taking care of the customer. Mr. MO appears to be very knowledgeable at what he does as well. 8.20.2022 Great job for customer satisfaction! Completed all of my 60,000 MI maintenance on today with a much needed discount.

We came in and were told the gentleman we were supposed to meet with was at lunch and that someone else would get the process started. This gentleman proceeded to sell us a Ford Explorer with a missing panel off the front of the car with what appeared to be a melted wax stain in the backseat. There was no way that stain was coming out. We were told they would fix the panel but then tried to charge a $2500 reconditioning fee. We were not allowed to see any other vehicles. The whole time I felt as though he was being challenged to sell that car and once we drove off in it, the whole dealership would cheer and laugh that they finally unloaded that thing. Needless to say we left. The original sales guy called us back and told us he was with another customer but he also made no attempt to assist us any better.
