The bus driver do not care of any passenger safety. Do not care you women who are pregnant. Do not care you are a elderly and and disable. Does not care of baby or new born and also young kids safety. You get on the bus. The bus driver just take off. I have see some elderly passenger almost fall. Bus driver has been driving so fast too. And almost going to hit a car. They slam on the breaks. I have hit my knees a lot of times. And have hit my whole body into a passenger. Like a crash dummy not wearing a seat belt. No bus driver ask me and other passenger that any body hurt. They do not care. A passenger threatening me on a bus. Bus driver does not care. He threatening me that he going kill me. DART staff at the DARTMart and the headquarter the security guard there would not help me with the phone. The phone is not American Disability Act. I have hard time understanding which number to push. And DART police choose not to help me. They just said next time. They do not know who I am. Who they talking to. And they just said next time. Riding DART I see some passenger smoke and do drug on the trains and buses. Also smoke electric cigarette. Bus driver does not know about medicare. Medicare is also for disable people. Not just for 62 or older. They look at me weird. I am disable. I do not have those wrinkles. I am disable. People who are disable in some way. Look old or still look young. And does not have what. These bus driver are weird. Riding DART bus passenger sitting in those 3 seats. They lay their legs in the aisle. And also have stroller, walkers, wagon in the aisle. I have told the bus driver about it. And wait for me to find a seat. I can easy fall and injure myself. And bus driver would not do anything to call 911. Because they do not care. You can sue the DART bus driver and DART too for injury.

This morning I rode the bus and train shopping. As I was coming back at the spring valley station there was this couple with two children. They had a stroller and they sit right down on those two seats that are supposed to be for the elderly. They hogged the whole two seats. I am an older lady and I had my hands full with my groceries. These people were so disrespectful. I do not care that they had a stroller. When my children were small I did not expect special treatment and now when I am caring for my grandchildren I still do not. These people were large people. They could have went to the back and I could have sit down.
