        Would give 1 star if I could and heres why. Saw a truck online and decided to go see it in person. They forgot to include scratches and window chips but I asked if the vehicle had any leaks they said no and low and behold the vehicle had a transmission leak. I told them to fix it before I bought it and they did . Then whilst signing the paper work my co signer and I asked Carlos O what happens if the transmission goes out he said and I quote usually we provide assistance without setting a specific timeframe. 2 months later as Im driving I hear a loud noise from the transmission area. Have to pull over into the driveway. And I send them a message and he doesnt respond I had to call then he said theyll call back and never did so I had to call again. Just to find out he started saying that he never said they provide assistance or will help in my case. now its been 2 months with my truck since purchasing ,and I had to deal with my brakes going out and now my transmission. Look before you buy if you buy here or go somewhere else . Or you can put your life or someone elses at risk.

        9 days ago I purchased a used car from Carpoint and I couldn't be happier. It was really easy to test drive cars there and discuss options, which helped make the purchase easy. Carlos was super chill. No pressure and nothing shady or troubling. Just easy going and professional. The new plates and registration came to my house today and that was faster than expected, only 9 days. I really recommend them.
