        Great place to rent a truck. The people are good here but the trucks sometimes have issue but you can take it to any nearby Penske place to swap it but it wastes your time.

        The service advisor there is not only rude he doesnt do his job and lies about it. Having been a Penske customer for years. This is the only shop that I have ran into a problem and it is a big one. I will never return to this facility again. Never check in through the service advisor, always use the Kiosk. Therefore you can have proof of why you are there. Never rely on a service advisor. They will lie cheat and steal to get out of anything. If it is in the kiosk, they cannot dispute it. In my case, roadside assistance and my home location knew why I was there. Fortunately, I have proof. From this incident, a huge safety concern for my truck, a rude, incompetent service advisor. Will make me rethink any possible long term lease with Penske in the future.
