Worst experience ever! Don't go here they will take ur money, have an attitude and give you a broken truck. We ended up going to a different location and got a new truck. Total spent for the day over $400. Again DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!

The CSR she is always so pleasant and very detailed about making sure that the customer experience is a great one.

Customer service, efficiency & quality products and tools is needed. The clerk was incredibly nonchalant with no sense of urgency, she ate chips in my face, talked to her co workers & put other customers & calls before me, without completing my service first. The truck was very old & rather difficult to operate. It felt like a big of a safety hazard when driving. It did get the job done, but I will NEVER return to this location.

UPDATE 1/31/24: I previously gave this place 4 but they'll waste your time and the lady or Mgr is absolutely rude. She went out of her way to NOT HELP AND DIVERT BUSINESS which is crazy. She wasn't on site so waited 40 min then she claimed my credit card wouldn't go through so I helped her process. I got a notification on my phone so I looked to see if transaction was completed. This woman got mad because I looked at my phone and said she wasn't going to rent to me. There was another lady waiting ahead of me who I got snacks for WHILE WAITING she also didn't help. She was more concerned with eating her chicken she'd just picked up as we waited and I already knew from the previous lady be extra nice just to get the truck and go. I left with wasted time and literally just paid my storage another $210. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Uhaul booking online was a waste of time and did not work when I arrived at location but the staff here was nice enough and helpful so 4 stars. Truck was damaged in several spots so take pictures. Storage unit at Westmoreland location was setup and ready to go with lock left in unit and code access flawless
