        Love the convenience. I wish the additional key offer applied to your next key you wanted to copy. I did not see a way to do that when copying more than one key.

        prior success and ease has been great, but this time 4 keys made and none open the lock like the original. How do I claim the gaurantee stated at the kiosk? it's not clear how to get them made again without a human

        None of the keys I made worked, they did give me a full refund though but waste of time. Keys take about 5 minutes each to make, not the claimed one minute.

        Requested a locksmith service for an auto lockout. The service from the company was great, but the locksmith who accepted the request only called when I had cancelled the request, which was about 20 to 30 minutes.
