10/10 Recommend! My husband and I recorded our new music single that was very close to our heart, every word described our story. SR817 was able to capture every emotion and was able to bring to life every word in our song. The crew is friendly, flexible, professional and made us feel like family.

My husband and I booked Eli and his Ex-assistant to cover the day of our wedding for 2021. We pushed our wedding back because we had our son that following year. However in April of 2022 (This year) I started reaching out to his Ex-assistant via sms to get some updates about our upcoming wedding date of November 4th. Please keep in mind that after we pushed it back no further communication was made on their end. Nor was there any talk about working out the details of our wedding. So after a few days of no response I took to fb to reach out to his ex assistant to try and correspond with her that way Still no response. A month passed and still no response from his ex assistant. I then decided to reach out to Eli via Facebook messenger since I still hadnt heard back from his ex assistant/wife as they were married whens we signed the contract with her. Eli never responded via Facebook messenger. So I had to get in contact with his previous clientele to try and hunt down a phone number for Eli to then be able to get in contact with him to gather more information and details about your upcoming wedding event. When I was finally able to get a hold of Eli, he then referred me to start communicating with his new assistant/ who I assume is his new partner. Eli made no effort to let my husband or I know that he and his ex-assistant were no longer in business together and no new contact information was provided so we could keep in contact. His new assistant initially responded promptly. However, in September we unfortunately had to cancel our wedding and we were making it a point to go through all of our vendors to let them know that the wedding was being cancelled. I reached out to Elis assistant multiple times in the month of September letting her know that the wedding was canceled and to please respond so I could get confirmation that they received my emails. No response! I sent a final email on October 30th advising his assistant, that if I did not hear word from her by noon the following day, I would be specifically contacting Eli. Mind you no confirmation was made that they received my emails of the wedding being canceled and our now wedding date was 4 days away (November 4th) with still no word from them or of finalizing details of the big day or anything. I had a family member reach out to eli on fb messenger personally and request that he make contact since we have been trying to reach his assistant and no word. Finally I get a response from his assistant with a sorry not sorry apology. I wrote this long winded post so that others know to be weary of this company. Yes company because the email used to correspond with his New assistant included this company in her email address and the company information was included in the email. So yes the review is valid!

Ive never left a bad review but its the only thing I can do at this point. I contacted Eli for my wedding photography and videography, and everything was good when signing contract. Then, they changed email domains and I had a really hard time contacting them since we didnt have the new emails or any updated contact info. I got one call to go over details and after that, I didnt get communication until the week of my wedding because I kept texting as I was nervous about it. They were great the day of my wedding (they got there late but its ok) and everything went smooth. But after that we have not heard from them. The contract stated that we would get pictures 30 days out and video 45 days out. I am normally very patient and dont mind if there are delays but both my husband and I have reached out multiple times through multiple mediums and have gotten no response. Its been more than 60 days and its really frustrating not knowing if we will even get our wedding pictures. We had an unplugged wedding so we have no pictures of our special day and its really sad that there has been no communication or responses. We didnt expect to get this service at all, its disappointing.

Would most definitely recommend SR817. The entire team is extremely personable, and the quality of their work is 10/10. Eli answered all our questions in a timely professional manner. Would definitely use again!
