February 2021 - Texas Deep Freeze I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable. Great company to use right now in the northern Dallas area, they have equipment and man power to get the job done. Call them if you have water damage and need remediation or restoration. Curse these pipes.
