        Im currently standing at the location in 2525W Wheatland rd, Dallas Tx 75237, and there are 22 people in line with 1 register open at 9:35pm. The one available cashier that was working and taking customers was LITERALLY ON THE PHONE WITH HER MOTHER CURSING AND BEING LOUD while all of this was happening!!!! This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced with my time at ANY Ross establishment!!! This is on 3/24/2024. The manager on dutys name is Belinda. Im about to rate you all online and give the establishment 1 star. This is not a place of professionalism, nor would I recommend anyone to shop at any other location as well. Please, talk to the management here because this is unacceptable!!!
