If I had the ability to give them zero stars I would, because thats exactly what their customer service deserves! I called in today to speak to someone regarding a question about a bill I received in the mail. The lady who answered the phone was rude and incompetent. Her justification for the bill changed each and every time she spoke! To make matters worse, she became extremely rude, condescending, and irate because I had enough common sense to know what she was telling me made zero sense. Furthermore, she acted as if doing her JOB was doing me a favor and told me she didnt have to explain anything to me and hung up in my face. On top of that, when I called back she told me to never call again. Simply because as a paying customer, I had a question about a bill. I seriously wonder if Mr. Holt has given his staff the authority to treat his PAYING customers with zero regard? Well, I can tell you one thing for sure, she just cost him a family who has been with his company for over 5 years! Id rather go somewhere else and pay more money before I allow anyone who doesnt know their job speak to me in such a derogatory manner. TRUST ME. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Great customer service. They did not let my homeowners insurance renew without calling and giving me heads-up about the rate increase. After a sticker shock, they found a policy that suits my needs at a better rate.
