My reservation got messed up and Ally went above to get me a car. She saves my vacation. I will always use enterprise whenever i need a car. Everything was explained to me.

TLDR: Bart at Denton location is the best! After 2 days of being on hold, hung up on, and just not getting much help from other enterprise locations, Bart at the Denton location really came through for me. There had been a hail storm the night before I wrecked my truck, and I needed a rental but all the locations had hail damage to their rental fleets so couldn't rent any vehicles out. (Obviously not their fault that it hailed). All the other locations I called either the automated hold function hung up after 10 minutes of hold time, the employees would pick up and immediately hang up, or if I actually got to speak to an employee, they were rude/unhelpful and couldn't answer any of my questions. I know they were frustrated with the situation and I'm sure had many frustrated customers that treated then less than courteously (I worked in retail for years, I know how people can be, it's not pretty). But Bart answered the phone right away. He was kind, helpful, and was able to answer all my questions and was even able to secure me a vehicle rental! If the supervisors of this location are reading, that man is a treasure to your business! He certainly eased the stress of a stressful situation and now my kids can get to school on time in the morning until my truck is repaired.
